Jason’s IT was able to resolve a computer problem over the phone at 10:00 o'clock that night so the presentation went off without a hitch. Try and get a geek squad to return a call and assist with a technical problem after 5:00. Knowing I can count on service above and beyond expectations and that our equipment is safe and sound before a problem can shut my production down is huge. At this point batting a thousand percent satisfied.

When my hard drive failed, Jason’s IT was able to recover all of the data that I had failed to back up. It was a real life saver plus they helped make a plan to back up data to avoid a future disaster.
